Rest to stay fresh

Naps were a natural part of my childhood.  In pre-school we had cots.  In kindergarten, they made us put our heads down on our desks.  I hated to take naps and always fought my sleep but no matter how hard I resisted, I found myself feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of my day.  By the time I graduated highschool, naps were a distant memory  Anyone need a nap lately? Today's Inspiration Take Rest, Revive, Keep Pushing So many of us are busy fulfilling our responsibilities as parents, spouses, employees, and friends.  We might even be working to start businesses or pursue other personal interests in addition to our daily obligations. All of these pursuits and responsibilities require a substantial amount of mental and spiritual energy. With full mental capacity and a strong spirit, we can face the world with tenacity and attack obstacles along our path.  We are able to maintain focus and keep our actions aligned...
